- At least 6 months - 3 years of experience in a Technical call center / ISP Help Desk / Technical Help Desk.
- Willing to work in an inbound technical voice process
- Basic computing skills
- Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
Job Description :
• The candidate will be working in an inbound technical voice process Support for IT Infrastructure Client.
• Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry
• This would be call taking profile and resources must be ready to take inbound calls and provide client technical help desk support.

• Fresher’s are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have attended interview with iGATE in last 6 months are not eligible.
