Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Load hotel contracts on client’s systems in a back office environment.
• Interpret the contract information and load this information, rates, inventory, taxes, policies etc. accurately and in accordance with client’s policies.
• Handle and store related electronic documents
Skill required:
•Minimum High School graduate (10+2); Graduate preferred
•Basic English proficiency & comprehension (spoken and written)
•Ability to read handwritten English from various parts of the world.
•Basic Microsoft office applications skills including Outlook, Access and Excel
