JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

US IT Recruitment:
Should be very strong in either Technical Hiring (IT)
Should have excellent Communication, Logical & Analytical thinking, Interpersonal skills
Hands on expn on implementing Sourcing Strategy (research, cold calling, posting on Social Networking sites and effective job boards, networking, professional associations and clubs etc.).
Self-driven with high energy and passion
Ability to multi-task and handle large workload under time constraints Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build network to find qualified passive candidates.

Work Location: Bangalore
Relevant Experience: 0.6 months to 1.5 years.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.–Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
