Roles & Responsibilities
Good in OS troubleshooting(Win 7 apart from win 2K,XP,etc)
Experience in Lotus notes or outlook, MS word, MS excel
Should have experience in application support
Knowledge in Blackberry configuration
Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
Exposure to media(tape) Backups/restore
Exposure and understanding of ticketing tool
Understanding of ticket process-incidents/service requests
Understanding of SLA and meeting targets
Understanding of service desk process of logging tickets and allocation
Understanding of asset/inventory record process, movements etc.
Understanding to coordinate with vendors/principles
Understanding of client management, user response(email/verbal)
Knowledge of patch management, Infosec/AV updates
